Even though the study was 30 minutes daily, I aim to get 5 minutes daily of guided breathing meditation in the morning and before I sleep.
Why I like it?
It’s free, it’s a goal to work towards, and it has benefits that extend well beyond improving your diet i.e reduction in stress, anxiety, depression, and blood pressure.
