2 Tricks To Conquer Your Insomnia Dragon
The dreams of Valhalla await hero....

You Don't Need To Be Dragonborn to Sleep Well

Missing out on sleep is bad. It's the Nazeem of side effects.
Lack of sleep increases the likelihood of weight gain, muscle loss, diabetes, depression, memory loss, impaired judgment, bone fractures, and cardiac events.
We've all heard, "don't use your screen before bedtime", but there is one problem. We are gamers. We are notorious for playing "1 more game" until 4 AM.
Here are two tricks I've learned:
Play Games Standing - Standing will tire you out physically and burn off any stress from those tense moments of gaming.
Take Melatonin As Soon As You Start Playing - Melatonin will serve as a secondary enforcer to get you to bed and create a new cycle.
Please check with your health physician before making any changes.
NPCs Commit To Walking, Let Them Inspire You

"It would be a simple game dynamic to have the NPC teleport to a different location when you leave a room, but Skyrim doesn’t do that. The game actually sees NPCs walk to different towns and locations when they say they are going there.
Since Skyrim doesn’t have an efficient public transportation system set up, you can actually run across NPCs important to the plot hoofing it. You can follow them all the way to their new location." - Brandon Hansen, GameSpot
